ICAHT practitioners are by far the most highly trained and scientifically based practitioners of hijama in the UK. They have all undergone a detailed standard of educational requirements that include a clinical internship in which they work in a real life clinic under the guidance of qualified doctors to ensure that they are performing to the high standards required by the institute. ICAHT registered members have set up multiple clinics throughout the UK and are treating some of the most notable hijama advocates in the country such as Antony Joshua, Sir Alex Ferguson, Jeremy Kyle, as well as some of premier leagues top footballers to name a few. To summaries the knowledge base ICAHT practitioners gain through their training makes them a big cut above the rest when it comes to expertise and clinical abilities, which is the only real factor that will draw patients towards your services. By learning from experienced doctors and practitioners in the field who have international recognition for their work you are ensuring that you gain from the best sources of knowledge available. This empowers you with the confidence, experience and continued support to be the best practitioner you can be.
The ICAHT Institute is a 3 story teaching facility and clinical training centre that operates full time throughout the year and is directed by Dr Rizwhan Suleman who holds a doctorate in Chiropractic medicine and is qualified to teach health professionals at a post graduate level. His teaching staff which consist of PhD doctors, Osteopaths, Medical Doctors and Naturopaths have formal qualifications in their specialist fields and are qualified to teach at a University level. Dr Nurudeen Hassan is a PhD doctor and teaches Physiology and Pathology to undergraduate medical and dental staff at Cardiff University and is responsible for delivering the same to ICAHT students. Dr Mike Grice who also contributes content towards the course is a world-renowned anatomist and Osteopath who has provided education to top performers and coaches in sports medicine at the Olympic Committee and is actively engaged in teaching the same anatomy modules he delivers at ICAHT at the University collage of Birmingham.
There is clearly a big difference in what ICAHT deliver to their students when compared to the single day or weekend workshops in hijama which sell certification for £400-£800 without committing to ensure that the students completing the training become competent and confident practitioners who can practice safely and defiantly in line with the most recent bylaws. The Internet is clustered with various online hijama training courses and providers that provide a very limited insight into the practice and often have no level or education or training in health related fields themselves. By ensuring that all practitioners go through a clinical internship in which they gain practical experience and one to one training working with real patients ICAHT training courses provide the most comprehensive and practical education available.
